The Budit grades are pulverized Sodium Polyphosphate glasses (Sodium Hexametaphosphates). In all applications where good storage stability (low hygroscopicity), free flowing properties and a rapid rate of solution are essential, it is advisable to use the instantized glasses, Budit 4H-8H.
The Budit 3 – 7 and corresponding H- types are mainly used as chemical binders for basic raw materials. Budit 8H is recommended for alumina cement containing masses.
