Zinc Stearate is a neutral zinc soap and is the most powerful mold release agent among all metal soaps. It has a hydrophobic effect and is used as an adhesion protector in rubber and as an external lubricant in high impact polystyrene production. It is also used as a waterproofing agent in concrete. Our zinc stearate is compatible for all plastics and coatings applications.
